Joinville, Brazil native Barbara Di Creddo was discovered in her hometown after winning a basketball game at age sixteen. Although she'd planned on becoming a professional athlete, perhaps basketball or volleyball, she moved to New York City shortly thereafter to pursue a modeling career.
She received her big break courtesy of a Max Mara campaign. Perhaps most notably, Barbara also appeared in campaigns for Clarins cosmetics, photogrpahed by Patrick Demachelier, in addition to promotions for Armani Exchange, and Bennetton.
Barbara is well-regarded within the industry for professionalism and upbeat attitude, and she credits her life-long obsession with the beach, and "little surf trips" between projects for her sunny disposition. "The water calms me, and helps me stay centered," she shared.
Off-duty, Di Creddo is actively involved with Vao Vive, an organization dedicated to providing educational support for children in Brazil.
