Caterina Ravaglia first considered modeling at age fourteen - she grew up isolated from fashion in her tiny town of Ravenna, Italy, but modeling seemed like the perfect way to travel the world. One year later, she won a prestigious modeling competition in Italy, which opened the door to her illustrious high-fashion career.
Caterina's esoteric and unique look has earned her an eclectic group of admirers, most notably photographer Paolo Roversi, who also hails from her home town and first shot her for Italian Vogue in 2011. She has worked with Alasdair McLellan, Kacper Kasprzyk, Phil Poynter, Nick Dorey, and Alex Cayley for publications including British Vogue, V Magazine, i-D, AnOther, Wonderland, Lula and Self Service. Caterina has been featured on covers of Grey, Bon, and D Magazine, and starred in advertising campaigns for Versace, M Missoni, and Cerruti 1881.
Additionally, Caterina has been coveted on the fashion catwalks, walking for designers such as Prada, Chanel, Givenchy, Alexander Wang, Hermes, Missoni, Dries van Noten, Lanvin, Miu Miu, Moschino, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana, Marni, Rodarte, and Azzedine Alaia couture - to name a few!
Caterina finished her university degree in 2014 and now resides in New York City. Among her favorite things are Eminem, Quentin Tarantino movies, and Italian cooking, but what she misses most is the surfing and driving on the Italian coast.
