North Londoner Florence grew up around art & design, with her sculptor father and her mother a lecturer at Central Saint Martins. As an amateur photographer herself, Florence ironically ended up being scouted & ended up on the other side of the camera.
Soon after starting out the industry’s biggest names were commanding to shoot her, with her earliest shoots being for Self Service with Joe McKenna & David Sims and DAZED with Robi Rodriguez & Robbie Spencer. She has a collaborative relationship with Alasdair McLellan who has used her for several projects including his 'North: Fashioning Identity' exhibition at Somerset House, British Vogue with Jane How, Arena Homme + with Benjamin Bruno, the xx video for ‘Say Something Loving’ and more – but most notably, fronting the Burberry campaign for one of Christopher Bailey’s final collections in 2017.
Florence is the new face of David Yurman, shot by the legendary Peter Lindbergh alongside supermodels Amber Valletta, Ashley Graham & Anna Ewers. She has also shot with renowned names such as Mario Sorrenti, Mert & Marcus for Vogue Italia – and for brands such as Mulberry, Calvin Klein and Victoria Beckham.
As a Londoner, a cause close to Florence’s heart is homelessness and she works alongside the charity Crisis to help provide support to those in need. Florence has written songs about the issue on her guitar which she plays and sings. She is a trained trapeze artist & loves cold water and pond swimming hence why she loves travelling to find the perfect swimming spot.
