As a young girl growing up in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hannah Jeter (né Davis) dreamed of becoming a professional tennis player. However, she jumped at an opportunity to model upon being discovered by a local scout while playing on the Caribbean Tennis Circuit.
Perhaps most significantly, Hannah graced the 2015 cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue (which she unveiled on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon!) after making her ‘Rookie’ debut just two years prior. Jeter is also the host of Project Runway, Jr. where she also serves as a judge.
Hannah received her big break courtesy of an editorial feature photographed by Terry Richardson in New York City. She has since worked with the industry's leading lensmen, including Bruce Weber, Mario Sorrenti, Ben Watts, Guy Aroch, Derek Kettela, and Michael Thompson, among others.
To date, she has starred in print and television promotions as the DirecTV Genie, and appeared in editorial features for V, Maxim, Elle, Glamour, Marie Claire, and Teen Vogue. Jeter’s advertising campaigns, meanwhile, include Ralph Lauren (Ralph Rocks the fragrance, RL Blue Label, and Rugby), Tommy Hilfiger, Levis, American Eagle, and Avon. Select runway appearances include Tommy Hilfiger, L’Wren Scott, Nanette Lepore, Tracy Reese, Jenny Kayne, Betsey Johnson, and 3.1 Phillip Lim, among others.
Off-duty, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends on her native island's beaches, and playing tennis (naturally!).
